The beauty of our Reward and Recognition platform and app is that it can be configured to suit you and your staff. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and so make it our mission to personalise the platform to your requirements. Our reward and recognition platform allows you and your staff to send a variety of financial and non-financial rewards to each other. With Hapi you can set specific value limits against awards sent by different employee groups, depending on budget, seniority, department or employee role. You can also tailor who can give certain awards. All awards and rewards are approved before they go through, which means that you can monitor exactly what the platform is being used for. You can customise award names, images, and monetary value so that your Reward and Recognition platform reflects and reinforces your company brand.
The customer recognition hub allows users to redeem their awards quickly and easily. Employees have up to a year to redeem their awards and, if they fail to do so, unredeemed awards return directly to the company float – so you only pay for awards your employees have actually redeemed. This means that rewards never go to waste but give employees enough time to decide what they want to use them for. The platform is designed to be easy to use and requires no user training, but we always include a ‘How it Works’ tab where users can access more detailed instructions on how to nominate a user or redeem their award. This information can once again can be customised on client request.
Wall of Fame
Employees are able to view a record of awards given across their company on the Wall of Fame, where they can search for a specific employee or view the awards by oldest or newest. Employees also have the option to 'like' an award, which promotes staff appreciation and can give an insight into what awards are most desired by employees. As this platform is personalised, each employee has the option to choose whether or not they want their profile to be public, and if an employee has made their profile public, they then have the option to upload a profile image to the platform, which will then be displayed on the wall of fame when they receive an award.
