Based in our newly refurbished Milton Keynes head office, our Customer Service Advisors are dedicated to ensuring our customers have an excellent experience whatever their query or need.
Our Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers and will focus on investigating and resolving customer queries
To be successful you will have a confident telephone manner and experience within a fast-paced customer service environment although training and development will be given.
We are an employee benefits and insurance business so experience working in a financially regulated business would be an advantage.
If you are enthusiastic about customer service, enjoy talking to customers on the phone and want a role in a friendly office environment that’s not a Call Centre then this Customer Service Advisor role could be for you.
